How to Watch Films on the Platform?

 

  • The provided fields include your first name, last name, email address, creating your password and confirming it.

  • By creating an account, you will gain access to the content that’s been published on the Platform. The content is available to users in Montenegro .

The Festival programme is sorted by screening days and you can access each of them by selecting options in the header of the Platform..  

 

If you want to purchase a film, select the film, click the button 'Buy' option and enter your bank card details. Then confirm by clicking the button 'Buy' . You can access every purchased film, as well the ones downloaded for free, by going to your account and selecting 'My Library' in the upper right corner of the Platform.

If you have a promo code, select the option 'I have a promo code', enter the promo code into the field and click 'Apply'.

 

To access the free part of the Festival programme, just click the button 'Buy' for the selected film and you will be granted access to the film automatically. You will receive a confirmation email for accessing the selected film, which will also inform you on how much time is left until the beginning of the film.

You can find the trailers of the films next to each title.

When you select the option 'My List', the film will automatically be stored in your list of selected films and it will be available on the home page of the Platform. You can also access it by going to your account and selecting the option 'My List' in the upper right corner of the Platform.

When you first click the button 'Play', i.e. when you start the film, you will be able to watch it anytime until the end of the Festival, i.e. until the specified expiration date of its screening.

What are the system requirements for using the platform?

You can watch the Festival programme on Desktop and Laptop computers running Windows 7+, as well as on Intel-based Macs running OSX 10.12+. You can also watch the program on Android tablets and phones using the Chrome browser, as well as on iPhones and iPads using the Safari browser. You will need a broadband or optical internet connection to watch the programme - dial up will not work. Below you can find a complete list of requirements.

What are the requirements for Windows computers?

Windows 7, Windows 8.1 or Windows 10.
Content can be played using browsers - Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer 11, Chrome, Firefox, or Opera.

Internet Explorer on Windows 7 will no longer be supported.
You will need a broadband or optical
internet connection - dial up will not work.

What are the requirements for Mac computers?

Mac OSX 10.12 or later.
Content can be played using
Safari, Chrome, Firefox, or Opera .

Can I watch content on my iPhone / iPad?

Yes, you can watch content using the Safari browser on devices running iOS 11.2 or later. We recommend using the latest version of the browser because there is a possibility that the earlier version is not supported.

Can I track content on my Android device?

Yes, you can track content using the Chrome browser on devices running Android 6.0 or later. We recommend using the latest version of the browser because there is a possibility that the earlier version is not supported.

I can't stream content, what's going on?

Make sure you meet the minimum system requirements above. We recommend that you update your browser to the latest version. We use adaptive bitrate streaming which means the streaming quality will automatically adjust based on your internet speed. For High Definition (HD) streaming we recommend VDSL, cable or fiber connections as we cannot guarantee consistent HD streaming on ADSL.

What happens if I forget the password?

Simply click Forgot your password on the Sign In page, enter the email address you used when you created an account and a link to reset your password will be sent to you.

Why does video playback stall or not play smoothly?

If your internet connection is poor or inconsistent you may experience problems during playback. Try lowering the playback bitrate.
